Terms of Sale

These terms govern every purchase made on us.saccro.com. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from

Saccro is a brand of Tres Búhos S.A.S., a company registered in Colombia, at 7536 NW 113th Ct, Doral, FL 33178, United States. You can reach us at hola@saccro.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company; “you” means the person placing the order.

2. What we sell

Saccro Seta Panela is a food: concentrated lion’s mane and maitake fruiting-body extracts set into Colombian powdered panela, sold in a 450 g pouch.

It is not a medicine. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or under medical care, talk to your doctor before adding any new food to your diet.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and you must give an accurate shipping address in the United States. We currently sell only to addresses in the United States.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout, before you confirm, is the price you pay. Any sales tax that applies will be added and shown at checkout before payment. Shipping within the United States is free, with no minimum order.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already placed.

5. Your order, and when the contract begins

When you place an order you are making us an offer. The confirmation email we send when the order arrives is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. The contract begins when we send you the shipping confirmation.

Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We accept the cards and wallets Stripe shows at checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours, or that you have permission to use it.

7. Nothing here renews by itself

We do not sell subscriptions. Every order on this site is a single purchase. Nothing is billed again unless you place a new order yourself.

8. Shipping

9. Returns and refunds

Your right to return an order and how refunds work are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Mistakes on the site

We try to describe and photograph the product accurately, but colours vary between screens and errors happen. If a price or a description is clearly wrong, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

11. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. If something we sell you is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under our returns policy and under the law.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Things outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — carrier disruption, customs, extreme weather, strikes, or interruptions to the internet or to power.

13. The content on this site

The texts, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Tres Búhos S.A.S. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
